So, you want to return to work, but for you and you are really keen for your work schedule to fit in with family life. It’s a juggling act but it absolutely can be done.

We met the owner of Mums Enterprise the other day and she was really keen to chat to us about our Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

Her reasons for being interested in this fantastic route to a new career was that it is possible to get trained as a qualified trainer by attending the three day course. Well that seems fairly manageable doesn’t it?
You then do a short course in any subject that you want to delivery i.e. first aid, food safety, health & safety, manual handling etc.
This enables you to become a freelance trainer.
Freelance means that you are your own boss. This also translates to you being able to work as many days as you choose and therefore you can flex your work to fit around your children and those long school holidays.

Get in touch and we’ll help you on your way to your new career.

Level 3 Award in Education and TrainingThe Level 3 Award in Education and Training is designed to give people the knowledge and confidence to teach in the post 16 education sector. This could be as a trainer in the private training industry or as a teacher/lecturer in further education.
