Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (LIQA)

The Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) consists of three units, but two of them are completed on the standard IQA qualification. 

The three units are:

1.  Understanding the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment 
2.  Internally assure the quality of assessment 
3.  Plan, allocate, and monitor work in one's own area of responsibility. 

The course assessment is a portfolio of evidence that monitors a minimum of two IQAs. 

This course is intended for qualified, experienced IQAs who are now responsible for leading a team of IQAs. 

The bolt-on third unit focuses on planning and monitoring a team of IQAs, meaning suitable candidates are likely to be in managerial roles.
